The Midland A Lullaby Story, Part 3 by Ceanne DeRohan

$9.00

Excerpts from the story:

...all together, they lean into the wind. Oh! My goodness! It picks them all up!

What fun! In the bright Spring sun the gnomes are having tea parties with each other here and also with some of their animal friends.

Sometimes, faeries ride on the backs of other small birds, teasing the little gnomes because they can't be caught.

Twirling and whirling to the beat of the drums, the feathered 'birds' soon begin to leap and soar into the dark night air, now lit by the firelight. What a sight!

I want to roll in the mud and feel how funny it feels when it gets all dry," he declares. "Anybody want to join me?" Rye calls out as he rolls around in the mud nearby.

They begin to climb down the waterfall rock by rock, letting the water wash over them as they go. When they reach the bottom, they all want to play in the deep pool of fizzy, bubbly water there.

And so, under a great canopy of soft, blue skies, Summer peacefully lies in her grass and flower embroidered bower.
